Clerkship Overview
Clerkships at the Tucson VA provide excellent opportunities to expand knowledge and skills for future residency. Students will gain hands-on experience in the outpatient clinic, inpatient wards, and operating room settings. You may assist residents with on-call duties. A presentation is expected, being the topic of your choice, to be delivered during journal club. A core and/or clerkship rotation is strongly recommended for residency consideration.
