Residency Overview

Training includes extensive exposure to forefoot and rearfoot surgery, orthopedic trauma with an emphasis on foot and ankle, wound care and pediatrics in both an urban and sub-urban setting. Patient demographics are diverse and include patients with medicaid, medicare and private insurance. Along with clinical and surgical training, practice management and "real life" patient care is emphasized. Admission to the program is not influenced by race, color, sex, religion, creed, national origin, age, or handicap.
