At Ascension Saint Vincent Evansville, we offer a highly concentrated surgical residency enhanced by strong medical rotations to ensure a complete, well-rounded education. As a Level II Trauma Center with a consistently high surgical volume, our residents gain extensive hands-on experience from day one. We currently offer two entry-level positions in this three-year program, designed for motivated individuals who are eager to work hard, stay active, and push themselves to excel. Clinical training goes beyond the operating room. Residents rotate through high-volume clinics, including walk-in urgent care, fracture management, pediatrics, and sports medicine. You’ll also have the unique opportunity to work directly with both high school and university athletic teams, providing care to athletes at all levels.
