Introduction
We are a PMSR/RRA program, Located in the heart of Newark, where a plethora of pathology can be found. Concentrating on the Foot & Ankle with an emphasis on limb salvage, trauma, reconstructive surgery as well as good exposure to wound care. We are dedicated to giving a well rounded education in Podiatry. We stress hands on experiences with a strong emphasis on didactics, including grand rounds, journal clubs, board review and cadaver workshops. We have a strong relationship with our Orthopedic and Vascular departments and are the only surgical residency program in the hospital. New Association with a Surgical Center has given our Residents even more exposure to different ways to perform Elective Foot and Ankle Surgery.
