Introduction

We are a PMSR/RRA program, Located in the heart of Newark, where a plethora of pathology can be found. Concentrating on the Foot & Ankle with an emphasis on limb salvage, trauma, reconstructive surgery as well as good exposure to wound care. We are dedicated to giving a well rounded education in Podiatry. We stress hands on experiences with a strong emphasis on didactics, including grand rounds, journal clubs, board review and cadaver workshops. We have a strong relationship with our Orthopedic and Vascular departments and are the only surgical residency program in the hospital. New Association with a Surgical Center has given our Residents even more exposure to different ways to perform Elective Foot and Ankle Surgery. Previous graduates have passed for board qualification and found employment without any problem. Contact our program to schedule a visit or attend a Monthly Educational Meeting.
