Introduction

The program places a strong emphasis on reconstructive rearfoot procedures, providing residents with comprehensive surgical training in all areas. Weekly academic conferences and didactic lectures are mandatory. In addition, residents are expected to contribute to the academic development of students through educational lectures and teaching responsibilities. During the third year, residents complete advanced training courses in arthroscopy as well as internal and external fixation techniques. The program benefits from robust surgical affiliations and offers a diverse range of clinical settings and faculty, enhancing the breadth and depth of the educational experience.
