Introduction

Richmond University Medical Center is a Level I Trauma Center offering a comprehensive and well-rounded podiatric residency program. Our residents are actively involved in all aspects of foot and ankle surgery, gaining extensive hands-on experience in both elective and trauma cases. The program fosters strong interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring residents work closely with multiple specialties to provide optimal patient care. Additionally, our campus features a fully equipped wound care center and on-site hyperbaric oxygen therapy facility, enhancing the scope of training in advanced limb salvage techniques.

Residency Overview

The Podiatric resident will work closely with all medical and surgical specialties over the course of their 3 years at RUMC. The focus of the program is Foot and Ankle surgery. The off service rotations allows for exposure to wide variety of teaching and clinical experiences. Offer rolling interview dates for student convenience.
