Clerkship Overview
This is a PMSR/RRA program that covers multiple hospitals and offers surgical and non surgical experience in trauma, reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery, and diabetic limb salvage. The program is affiliated with an on site wound care center and has access to HBOT. Residents rotate through all major subspecialties and have a well versed exposure to all podiatric pathology with coverage of multiple Northwell Health facilities.

Residency Overview
The Program at Plainview Hospital is a PMSR/RRA 3-year training program offering extensive training in forefoot and rearfoot surgical procedures. It offers experiences in hyperbarics, wound care, and the vascular laboratory and management of trauma cases in the emergency department. This is a PMSR/RRA program that covers multiple hospitals and offers surgical and non surgical experience in trauma, reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery, and diabetic limb salvage. The program is affiliated with a on site wound care center and has access to HBOT. Residents rotate through all major subspecialties and have a well versed exposure to all podiatric pathology with coverage of multiple Northwell Health facilities.
